Principal Accountabilities: key activities and decision making areas

  • Co-ordinate with the region, Group and the local RBWM business to review and implement RIF
  • Ensure the rationalization of all recognition schemes to ensure that these comply with the group standard. Whenever needed, provide insights and guidance to redesign schemes as per the requisite norms
  • Oversee the coordination of all incentive MIS for sales channels
  • Implementation of RIF automation on Employee Incentive Management (EIM)
  • Ensure Recognition and Communication activities are conducted
  • Manage internal communications for RBWM business
  • Design and execute internal communication collaterals through an agency for the purpose of celebrating events and staff success
Customers / Stakeholders
  • Engage with Incentives staff to understand incentive payment issues and what behaviors its driving
  • To drive desired sales / sales behavior across RBWM through staff recognition activities
  • To conceptualize, plan and provide off-line and on-line tools and platforms for effective internal communication within RBWM and between different units of RBWM business and support departments
  • Maintain strong relationships with key partners so the RNR activities are conducted in a timely manner
  • Have strong Vendor Management skills that will lead to timely delivery of orders
  • Coordinate external communications for RBWM business in liaison towards enhancement of the PR value of the business.
  • Utilizing the following tools to drive motivational programs
Leadership & Teamwork
  • Engage with various RBWM Businesses proactively to develop the percolation of effective communication within RBWM
  • Obtain support from business heads through consistent communication and review of the Communication tools available
  • Ensure support from all the Business Heads on the Employee Recognition Program, on Internal and External Communications as well as Corporate Social Responsibility
Operational Effectiveness & Control
  • Maintain effective control of the on-line and off-line communication in line with the ASP/ INM Internal Communications Guidelines
  • Maintain high levels of integrity and information risk standards by adopting and practicing suitable checks and measures.
  • Comply with the applicable laws, regulations, Group and local policy related to Sanctions and AML policy of HSBC while undertaking various day to day operations.
  • Remain alert and promptly report to the Sanctions Officer/ INM FCC office/ Line manager ( As applicable and required by the AML and sanction Policy) if a breach/potential breach comes to notice of any staff .
  • Understand the legal responsibility to be vigilant for unusual activity and reporting of the unusual activities.
  • Support the Country or Regional FCC AML Office/ AML Investigations by providing additional information when required.
  • Responsible for attending and successfully completing the AML and Sanctions related assigned training in the mandated timeframe
  • Understanding the consequences of failing to attend or successfully complete the training as mandated by the AML Education Lead FCC;
  • Requesting additional AML training that you deem necessary or appropriate to perform your jobs through your entity manager
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence with the guidelines laid down in the outsourcing line of Business Procedures for existing as well as new vendors which are being on boarded
  • Having oversight on data protection, service level agreements. and undertaking annual vendor risk assessment on the vendors for all outsourced activities from a AML and Sanction Perspective
Requirements
  • Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
  • Approximately 5-10 years of relevant RBWM work experience across strategy, sales, planning and execution type roles.
  • Experience in sales / service/ distribution experience also required.
  • Should be a team player with strong communication, presentation and people skills.
  • Should have a strong understanding of the drivers of performance across all RBWM products, segments and propositions.
  • Sound understanding of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s branch network, customer segments, products offered and competitive market.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders (customers, employees, peers, etc.)
  • University degree Bachelor
Additional Information
  • Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
