Role Overview : At Entropik, we’re helping brands Humanise Experiences. Leveraging its proprietary Emotion AI technologies encompassing Facial Coding, Voice AI & Eye tracking, Entropik is transforming the way Brands understand its customers. We’re looking for a seasoned Sales Leader to lead Entropik's expansion efforts growing awareness, adoption and revenue among companies in the North America region. You will be a key leader on Branch’s rapidly growing team and will play a significant role in shaping Entropik's future. As the VP of Sales, you’ll get to:

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the existing team of Account Executives.
  • Recruit, hire, and train additional team members. Oversee the sales pipeline and cadence, mentor team members on tactics and deal progression, and use your network to expand and open up new opportunities for the team.
  • Identify tactics to build local groundswell and brand awareness to support the sales cycle.
  • Build and enhance relationships with our largest strategic partners.
  • Represent Entropik at relevant conferences and events
Requirements
  • 10 + Yrs experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, preferably in Consumer Insights / CX domain.
  • Experience in Selling CX / Consumer insights / Analytics solutions to Digital First Brands.
  • Hands-on sales rep with clear demonstration of achieving 1 million dollars plus quota consecutively over the last 5 years
  • Experience in high velocity sales as well as managing complex sales cycles for enterprise clients.
  • Leading a team of SDRs/ AEs in a SaaS organisation is a plus.
  • You should have Entrepreneurial drive to build a high-growth business.
  • You should be well versed with Consumer Insights / CX Industry.
  • You should have the passion for New Age Technology / AI.
  • Proven experience in successfully selling Technology products to CMI / CMO / CIO orgs. at Brands.
  • Should have experience in building SaaS sales organisations, typically 5 mil + ARR.
  • Aptitude and analytics capability to understand and sell AI Products
