We are looking for a Voice process executive that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities:-
- Work Experience As A Customer Service Trainer Or Similar Role
- Experience In Sales Or Customer Service Positions Is A Plus
- Knowledge Of Learning Management Software (LMS)
- Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills
Education:- Non Graduates and Graduates.
Gender: Male / Female
Languages: English only
Experience :- 1 Year to 3 Years
Working days: Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
Salary: ?15,000 to - ?35,000 /month
Schedule:-Night shift
Experience:- Fresher & non fresher can apply
