Job Summary

• Central Co-Ordinator for developing dexterity centers under the Continuous Excellence program at Sun Pharma and nurture Total Quality Management and continuous improvement culture across SUN pharma

Responsibilities Assigned:

• Coordinating with plant teams to identify 16 errors from critical processes and accordingly develop Dexterity centers
• Design and establish dexterity centers as per requirements at different locations
• Individual can able to prepare required budget
• Coordinate with plant team for preparing dexterity training schedule
• Coordinating, organizing and conducting capability building programs on Dexterity for plant team
• Monitor the day to day activities at different dexterity centers
• Publish progress report to the management at regular interval.
• Coordinate with external agencies for dexterity set up
• Coordinating, organizing and conducting capability building programs on, Quality Circle, Daily Work Management, 5S, 8 Waste, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke etc.
• Assist in implementing initiatives related to Continuous Improvement i.e. 5S, DWMS, Kaizen, Quality circle, etc.
• Co-ordination for Implementation of IT tools for continuous Improvement drive
• Assist in setting up continuous improvement culture across the organization
• Facilitate teams on different TQM concepts i.e. PDCA, DWMS, Gemba Walk, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Six Sigma BB or GB certified
• Good Analytical Skill
• Good negotiation skill
• Good Team player
• Can able to prepare ORT and yearly schedule, evaluation criteria, etc. for Dexterity
• Can impart training on 16 Errors and different initiatives i.e. Kaizen, Quality circle, 5S, DWMS, etc.
• Good Communication & Leadership Skill
• Ability to guide team on TQM principles
• Enthusiastic and Passionate to drive Continuous Excellence
• Ability to work with people across hierarchy levels
• Willing to travel across India as per requirement
• Master in Microsoft office (Power point, Excel, Word, etc.)

Educational Requirements:

• BE or B tech.

Industrial Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum experience of 7 to 8 years in driving (Central coordinator) TQM practices such as Continuous Improvement, DWMS, PDCA,5S, etc. apart from that must have 2 to 3 years of experience in developing and establishing Dexterity centers
• Hands on experience of preparing ORT, capsule training modules etc.
• Hands on Experience of facilitation of TQM practices
• Having in depth knowledge on implementing 5S, DWMS, Gemba Kaizen, etc.
