Roles Responsibilities:

- Passionate purely on Sales.

- Able to work under pressure.

- Tele calling, projecting and generating sales from database and leads

- Generate sales from referrals and own database and leads.

- Fixing daily meeting and meeting potential buyers at their door step.

- To reach monthly sales target from selling residential villa projects in PAN India where Villas value ranges from 50 L 1.5 Cr per Villas.

- Good English communication written and verbal.

- Good Team Player with Team Driven mottos

- Good presentation skills to handle and manager sales teams in Coimbatore location.

- Very innovative marketing ideas.

- Be Proactive, Productive and Good in sales closures.

- Go getter and market research.

- Solution provider and Positive thinker.

- Establish, maintain and build good relationship with potential buyers and clients.

- Making a monthly sales plan, building into daily and weekly plan and executing it meticulously.

- Review meeting and Reporting to VP Sales daily, weekly and monthly.

- To send daily EOD to VP Sales.

- Willing to travel to our sites in TN if required.

- Collaborate with team and other members of the company wherever / whichever required.

- Should be willing to work in weekends.

- Weekly off on Tuesday.
