  • Responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales-related data.
  • Create reports, conduct quantitative sales analysis, and provide support for assessing data integrity by continuous data validation.
  • Teaming up with the Senior Leadership to drive and track the business under a meticulous data-driven approach, in line with KPIs
  • Assisting the sales operations in forecasting and target setting.
  • Design, Evaluate and Improve the productivity of the Sales Team.
  • Data Analysis & Providing feedback to the sales team in real time.
  • Working closely with the leadership team in defining and implementing the market segmentation, planning, headcount allocation, Distribution
  • Drawing the insight from data and applying judgement and suggest recommendations to support the activities and achievement of sales managers and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Analyse the sales operation by interpreting key performance metrics
  • Build, summarise and form logical conclusions from real time data available from the Sales Force Automation to help the sales team reach their targets.
  • Develop and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making
  • Develop tools, methodologies and processes aimed at improving operational efficiency for sales
  • Work across functions to drive the execution of sales strategies
  • Closely work with the internal training function to identify gaps in the sales team and assist the function in developing modules to address such gaps.
  • Improve and optimise current processes and coordinate organisational procedures for better efficiency and productivity
  • Drive a team of highly efficient team of Data analysts and MIS executives
  • Analyse sales performance data, interpret overall results of sales
  • Collaborate with sales team to improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting functionality
  • Coordinate, with sales management, the complete sales reporting and forecasting process for all sales channels
  • Proactively interact with Sales functions to improve processes that will maximise potential growth.
Desired Skills/Experience
  • The successful candidate shall hold very strong analytical skills, excellent people and stakeholder management skills, a strong work ethic, and flourish in a dynamic environment.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a FMCG/OTC/PHARMA/CONSUMER
DURABLES in sales domain handling highly analytical or strategy role.
  • Firm analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to frame complex problems, manage data-driven analysis and propose recommendations
  • Strong communication skills: translate results into coherent messages and presentations
  • Team Player: highly collaborative with strong networking skills across functions
  • Team management: lead by example and passionate about developing and nurturing talent
  • Active and flexible at work: Adjustability to new demands, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and understanding of a sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethics: high energy, resilience, and self-esteem with a go-getter outlook
