Responsible for mentoring L1 & L2 support colleagues by working along in troubleshooting and implementations. . Responsible for working on Problem cases for troubleshooting complex cases. . Responsible for working on Change requests & knowledge on CAB process. . Coordinate with various groups and perform troubleshoot on production Sys-tems/Servers problems and provide resolution. . Collaborate with team and conduct knowledge sharing sessions. . Recommending technologies, designs, and configurations to maximize func-tionality, security, and automation while minimizing cost. . Explore opportunities to further improve the service and stay on top of the ever-changing technology and security threats. We believe you have This position is for a Server Administrator and as part of the role its expected to work as an expert in this area and work closely with team members and stakeholders to improve overall server infrastructure Technical Skills & Expertise: . Expert Level knowledge is mandatory & ability to support and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environment (ESXi, vCenter) and Windows Server OS. Sufficient expertise in Linux to be able to manage ESXI from the CLI. Experience with VDI (Horizon) is a plus. . Hands on experience on Virtualization and enterprise storage platforms (SAN/NAS). Understanding of concepts such as thin and thick provisioning, volume deduplication and compression . Hands on experience and good understanding of enterprise solutions (servers/blades, SAN/NAS, basic switching) . Strong understanding on TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and overall networking. . Familiar with Management and Security requirements of a Virtual Infrastructure. . Familiar with server and virtual infrastructure monitoring tools such as SCOM, vROPS . Knowledge on P2V Migration and other migration tools like VMotion, Live Migration etc. . Prior experience with data center hardware (racks, HVAC, power distribution and UPS) and environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity, surveillance). . Understanding of various ITIL Processes (i.e. Incident, Knowledge, Problem & Change Management) and how that works in an enterprise environment. . Knowledge of any scripting language, preferably PowerShell. Qualifications/Requirements . Minimum of 7 years\' relevant experience with hands on in Server Administration & Microsoft Infrastructure.
