Visa Processing Consultant
Job Description
: Handling client queries over the phone & emails and daily follow up with the clients. Guide and assist clients in the documentation process to obtain necessary visas. Document verification and collection of applications for visa processing. Record & maintain all application data. Coordination with Embassies/Consulates/ Visa Processing Centers. Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated turnaround time. Team Handling Guide and Hire new recruits
