Vice President/director Impact Investments (8 12 Yrs)
Job Description
- Sourcing and Evaluating opportunities for impact investments
- Creating IC note for direct investment (risk assessment capability should be strong)
- End to end deal execution experience
- Experience of exits (in terms of mergers/ SME IPOs)
- Deep connects in i9nvestment market to understand industry trends/ regulatory trends
- Ability to present to Board/ Investment Committee
- Executive presence
- Should have strong program management skills
- Education mix- Graduate in any field with post graduation in management
- PE/ VC/ Start up ecosystem/ venture founder experience would be great
Impact investment themes - financial inclusion, agriculture, eMobility, supply chain
Base Location for the role - Bangalore
