- 10+ Years of extensive experience in Sales, Business Development, Staffing, Account Management & Operations in Networking and Network Security Software Industry.
- Responsible (Sales & Account Management ) across multiple Lines of business.
- Focused on Growth & Sustaining existing business with Tier-1 Customers. Partnering with customers in creating solutions in the new technology areas.
- Managing overall resource flexibility & scalability.
- Responsible for strategic Global Sales/Global hiring for all hardware & software engineering verticals : Networking and Security Software engineering groups across all business models
- Strong relationships with agency and brand CXOs and decision makers across Global
- Strong knowledge of how advertisers plan, buy and measure advertising campaigns.
- Experience running a team where Data/Insights drive the direction of the business.
- Highly customer oriented with proven ability to build internal and external relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of the company\'s Services, and the market. Exhibits awareness of best sales practices and methods.
- Successful experience building and growing a channel.
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.
- Successful experience building and managing a territory.
