Job Description

- You will be responsible to build the strategic foundation for the next stage of GTM growth.

- The role will be growing organization of product marketers to synthesize market, consumer, product and competitive inputs into driving the highest possible revenue for the business

- You will develop the plan to allocate and align resources to company objectives, manage the execution of the plan.

- The role will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in Sales, other parts of Marketing, Product, Business Development, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success. This position reports to Chief Marketing Officer.

You have:

- 18+ years' experience in software product marketing background preferably B2B selling at Enterprise & Mid-Market Level with proven leadership experience

- Managed, built, and enabled a team of Product Marketing professionals in a B2B SaaS business environment

- Managed, and enabled a team of Product Marketing professionals in a B2B environment

- Very strong understanding and skills on how to communicate using mediums like websites, videos, email newsletters, webinars, blogs, etc.

- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and executive team

- Analytical and inquisitive nature, with excellent attention to detail

What you will do:

- Translate Organization objectives into a GTM strategy, allocation of resources, and executions plans

- Lead a team of product marketers, organized through the teams, products and services

- Review product's positioning and messaging aligned with customers' needs and behaviors.

Lead go-to-market strategies - owning and executing product marketing by developing the product positioning and messaging; collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition

- Collaborate with the team for various product marketing initiatives inclusive of customer case studies, product videos and website content

- Review, refine and make recommendations on analyses conducted by the team

- Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process. Help sales teams through the sales cycle with relevant messaging and tools.

- Marketing programs - lead a team of vertical marketing managers to develop various email, webinar and other online marketing programs for their various campaigns

- Product launch - Review and guide the product management team in product launch planning and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

- Market intelligence - Ensure to conduct ongoing market research and gain expertise about buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them

- Collateral creation - Accountable for creation of the whole spectrum of sales tools and collateral (presentations, datasheets, white papers, customer case studies, demos, and training materials) to communicate the value proposition of products and solutions to customers, prospects, and the sales team

- Build and lead customer marketing programs. Engage in on-going dialog with customers.

- Responsible for the selection, development, performance management and continuous recalibration of the product marketing team
