Job Description

Company is looking for a VP of Operations to provide leadership and operational oversight of our business operations. This person will report directly to the Managing Director and will be required to juggle the numbers, manage backend operations, and strategize sales and business opportunities and most importantly has the best personality able to lead, listen and engage with our operations and fulfillment leaders and contribute to executive leadership meetings.

Key Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Manage the regional business units by providing overall vision, planning, direction, and control to effectively execute and exceed operational, financial, and growth goals. \xef\x82\xb7 Organize, direct, and control operational activities to achieve specified cost and profit objectives and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with SOPs issued. \xef\x82\xb7 Regularly analyze, interpret, and relay important financial information affecting regional performance including budgets and financial reports (P&L, margins, etc.). \xef\x82\xb7 Enforce and collaborate with senior leadership to reevaluate company policies, and procedures. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, implement, communicate strategic direction, and meet company goals and objectives. \xef\x82\xb7 Devise and execute strategies to increase the company\'s profitability. \xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate performance of the business units\' management members for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and in attaining objectives. \xef\x82\xb7 Oversee and execute team development and succession planning initiatives \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and enhance strategic customer / vendor relationships. \xef\x82\xb7 Identify, recommend, and implement new processes / technologies, and systems to improve / streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure the development and implementation of proper training at all levels \xef\x82\xb7 Consult with ownership, senior leadership, and department heads about general operations. \xef\x82\xb7 Represent the organization at functions, public meetings, and industry events whenever necessary. \xef\x82\xb7 Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
