- Postgraduate with 8 to 12 years of experience
- NISM Certified
- Preferably, experienced professional from Corporate Sales/Institutional Sales/Research analyst roles in Asset Management Companies (Mutual Fund), Distribution Houses
- Other Industry relevant sales experience in corporate facing roles can be considered.
- Good communication skills & with an excellent understanding of the Financial world
- Effective relationship management skills to be able to address partnership needs
- Good understanding of debt/ equity and mutual funds
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial skills
- Deep understanding of the products and key business parameters
- Open to local commute and outstation travel if required
- Sharp analytical skills required to comprehend research and performance reports and to interpret them to map client potential for investments in mutual funds.
- High sales drive and energy levels. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment by demonstrating leadership and selling skills.
- Ability to nurture and build strong relationships with customers where there is customer interface
