Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Digital Sales & Strategy Lead- I2C
The Digital Sales & Strategy Lead is responsible for understanding the customer strategy and developing a solid solution by clearly articulating the overall value proposition and benefits.
This role requires deep domain skills in Accounts Receivables combined with the digital knowledge that help driving sales and helps the customer to meet their objective.
The candidate will need to have strong interpersonal skills as the role will require him/her to work closely with Partners, Account leads, CXO's, Process Owners, Technical Consultants as well as the end users across the client and internal organization.
Responsibilities
Work with our Digital Partners, Account Leads, Service Line SMEs, and Operating teams to provide support for resolution of issues and pitching for new projects as and when required
Be a part of the strategic market assessment: account planning research, assess and identify new opportunities for Digital Transformation
Assess client maturity process: understand scope, challenges, company vision and how Digital can make the journey efficient and effective
Develop, co-lead and assess client proposals with digital transformation
Validate Business Case
Monitor and follow up of the project progress and escalate when required
Build visual representations via PowerPoint for executive review and approval
Present solution to customer and gather feedback in order to deliver the value proposition
Lead and co-lead calls together with Digital Advisory team
Engage with implementation team in order to understand the main changes and learnings from each project
Assist with continuous improvement and create/design IP
Generate new ideas
Support the team to meet their objectives and goals
Provide Best In Class industry and regional recommendations to enhance future state
Minimal travel requirements (planning workshops/ sessions organized by partner onsite)
Qualifications
Bachelors/ Masters
I2C domain experience, preferably in more than one Accounts Receivables subprocess (Cash Applications, Credit, Collections, Deductions/Disputes)
Experience in working in a fast paced & tight timeline environment
Digital literacy (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Microsoft Teams)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Deep understanding of a variety of industries and markets
Solutions-oriented mindset and critical thinker
Preferred qualifications
Experience in Finance & Accounting
Prior experience in Operations including Transformation initiatives in the I2C process
Partner in a transition of any of the invoice to cash process
Prior knowledge of Digital tools and exposure in implementation of Tools/Technology from an operations perspective eg: AR system of engagements such as HighRadius, Getpaid etc, ERP's such as SAP or Oracle, etc
Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment very collaboratively
