Global Shares Stock Plan Build Program VP Business Analyst

Description

Global Shares Stock Plan Build Program VP is an individual contributor role. The VP- Business Analyst will be a liaison between technology, operations, and various business units to lead and facilitate the creation and specification of business requirements regarding Stock Plan Build Program. The VP- Business Analyst is expected to demonstrate strong requirements gathering expertise through usage of techniques such as process modelling, use cases, and documenting business requirements to ensure completeness, relevance, and accuracy. Through strong partnership with Business, Operations and Technology counterparts you will support the build of Stock Plan Program within AWM technology infrastructure. You will work extensively with technology, AWM business and strategy partners and AWM operations to identify technology and operational gaps and write and help deliver requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10-13 years of experience in developing and implementing cross-function business process flows, creating test plans and scripts to document complex business processes.
  • Function as project team leader or participates as a business analysis lead / subject matter expert during requirement gathering sessions
  • Plan and drive product definitions, develop road maps for projects assigned, and define release priorities ensure new or modified processes and systems meet project objectives and business requirements
  • Collaborate with program managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan
  • Function as project team leader or participates as a business analysis lead, or subject matter expert during requirement gathering sessions
  • Use of requirements definition and documentation techniques and ensuring that business requirements, user requirements, and functional requirements are clear, concise, testable and traceable
  • Ability to identifying new transformation / automation opportunities through current / future state process assessment / process re-engineering / root cause analysis
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Specific project activity may include:
  • Documenting current and future state operating models
  • Developing and delivering client and internal communications
  • Research and clarify business requirements so technology can deliver appropriate technical solutions.
  • Planning and coordinating UAT and regression testing for key applications
  • Metrics reporting and status tracking
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analyst), or CCBA (Certified Competency in Business Analysis)
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives
  • Familiarity with Asset & Wealth Management businesses, systems, tools, processes
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize issues/workload
  • Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives
