To shape, develop, implement, and oversee the organization's sustainability and ESG strategy, enabling the SBIC to meets its ambition to be a global leader. c. Working with colleagues across the organization, identify opportunities for maximum impact, put in place the framework for longer term embedded change and enable the organization to track and evidence its impact for internal and external use. d. Lead and coordinate cross organizational programme, and ESG activities providing inspiration and support via the ESG team to colleagues across the organization to enable the identification of ESG positive impact opportunities, manage and mitigate possible negative ESG impacts, support innovation e. Design and lead campaigns internally in the organization. f. Working with external stakeholders to build the organization's reputation, developing collaborations and joint working, gain relevant insights of best practices. g. Providing expertise across the SBIC and its activities on ESG and sustainability matters, leading in the development of the organization's sustainability agenda. h. Ready the SBIC for signatory status to relevant standards (UNGC, etc.), and subsequent commitments and ensuring that the company is aligned with industry best practice i. Attending and presenting at external events / conferences / seminars to enhance the reach of organization's influence. j. Establish, influence and credibility of the organization externally through website and company reports. Reporting: a. Create and embed ESG internal reporting framework and external reporting approach. b. Implementation of ESG reporting tool across organization c. Report to SBRC regularly on the ESG progress and to the CSR Committee of the Board d. Responsible for preparing Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report every year by collaborating with all functions. e. Preparation of ESG updates for Annual reports and quarterly investor reports f. In charge of other ESG Disclosures/ certifications e.g. DJSI, SASB, etc Competencies critical for role with High Proficiency Collaboration .
