We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President \xe2\x80\x93 ESG, Credit Analysis Unit

In this role, you will:

The role holder is expected to have subject matter expertise of end-to-end credit processes, corporate banking products, ability to articulate analytical & risk-oriented views, sound knowledge of diversified sectors & markets, working knowledge of diverse credit systems within the Group and an eye for detail to ensure quality of output acceptable to onshore approvers. Besides, there will be a need to share domain expertise with the team members to nurture their skills and demonstrate domain expertise along with the flexibility to cover different markets in line with the departmental needs in the future. Additionally, the ESG AVP will also be expected to play a critical role in delivering the desired outcomes of Project Felix, drive the expansion and rollout of CAU ESG offerings to allied fields and also help share knowledge with CAU team members on ongoing basis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • It is desirable that prospective candidates are highly self-driven with good sector & corporate banking knowledge along with various banking products and with a long-term aim of becoming sector specialists.
  • Highly customer oriented and delivering top quality customer service.
  • Strong domain knowledge & diversified sector experience
  • Demonstrated ability to weave sectoral knowledge, credit policies and ongoing external events into a credit proposal.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; strong ability to portray a macro view and also an eye for detail.
  • Candidate needs to have knowledge of credit systems and banking products. Must have a good understanding of end-to-end credit process and systems such as CfC, CfB, LEM, HUB, etc.
  • Ability and orientation to innovate and implement initiatives.
  • Minimum: Post Graduation in Management, Finance, Economics or equivalent such as a Chartered Accountant would be preferred. Candidates with CFA and other risk management qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • ESG specific certification will be preferred
  • Candidate\xe2\x80\x99s current/past profiles should have involved extensive interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Credit Analysis, Research, Corporate Banking backed by demonstrated analytical expertise and team management skills.
  • Hard-working, organized, diligent and above all a good team player.
  • Exceptionally strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across boundaries
