Job Role

To be a Project Manager to handle and deliver end to end projects under Aspire world.

A key priority for Core Finance Change as part of the Aspire Program is to establish a centre of excellence across core finance functions, SAP suite of products and new ways of working.

The Change Delivery Lead role in India will play a critical role as a member of the Aspire Core Finance Change CoE Squad team responsibility for the end-end solution delivery of core finance change projects across core finance functions including Finance functions; Ledger, Consolidation, Financial and Management, Supply Chain management.

The role will report into the Change CoE Head. The role will include senior stakeholder engagement, project management responsibility, solution / process design, operational delivery, risk and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Involved in business and data analysis and solution design across core finance functions including Ledger, Consolidation, Financial and Management Reporting, Supply Chain management.
• Responsible for managing deliverables throughout the project lifecycle collaborating with various project / program teams, stakeholders; finance stakeholders across geographies, process and technology teams.
• Enough technical knowledge to eliminate reliance on deep subject matter experts to conduct initial impact assessments, define priorities and route tasks to the appropriate competencies.
• Evidence of strong Project Management skills, enabling the delivery of multiple diverse data initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Excellent business and technical process design and execution skills, enabling the effective execution of a change.
• Primary contact point with other change and BAU leaders across the organisation to identify and resolve blockers to project success.
• Responsibility for prioritisation and management of critical path delivery items.
• Design the target state Technology and target state processes.
• Drive the establishment of a target operating model and internal capability to support and drive ongoing change / enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure strong engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders across Finance.
• Responsible for risk and issue resolution.
• Build strong relationships with key delivery partners, and ensure efficiencies and synergies are realised across programmes.
• Build effective communication channels with wider senior finance leadership.
• Ensure effective governance and project management standards are applied across all delivery responsibilities.
• High quality written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to focus on multiple initiatives and subjects at the same time.

The role requires very strong change management experience along with a background Core Finance functions. Good communication skills and the ability to engage with senior leaders within Finance is also a must, the role will be reporting into the Aspire Core Finance Change Lead but will also have direct engagement with Aspire Core Finance Work Stream Leads, GPO\xe2\x80\x99s and senior Aspire MT.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 15 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services in more than one core Finance functions; Ledger, Consolidation, Financial and Management Reporting, Cost allocations and transfer pricing, planning and performance management; Master Data Governance, Supply Chain management and Tax reporting.
• Change experience on implementation of finance technology solutions.
• Experience in establishing and delivering large scale change initiatives within Finance.
• Core Project Management skillsets including Planning, Risk and Issue Management, etc.
• Strong skills with core Business Analysis toolset and techniques.
• Able to design processes at both a conceptual and operational level.
• Strong background in problem solving, with demonstrable analytical skills.
• Experience in Senior Stakeholder Management and Communication.

Role Specific Technical Competencies

• Good in Financial Accounting, policies, accounting standards, etc
• Good communication and articulation skills
• Good system knowledge (Fintech)
