- You will closely work with founder, CXOs and HODs to strategise Vetic's new initiatives for improving operations and customer experience.
Responsibilities -
- Plan, strategise, create the operation processes to scale the clinic business to multi-cities across India.
- Build the customer success metrices and devise and execute plans to capture the VOC.
- Conduct customer surveys, and study customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in pet parents experience.
- Maintain and program manage a charter of initiatives. Track progress along each initiative and ensure the completion. Measure the impact of each initiative.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and Product & Tech team to implement changes.
- Setup strong processes to ensure implementation of initiatives to improve pet parents experience at scale
Who may be best placed for success in this role ?
- Candidates who resonate with the introduction.
- Candidates with experience at high-growth startups, especially in central roles or customer experience roles
- Having 2+ years of Post MBA experience.
