Vendor Sourcing - warm and cold calling leads for new vendor partners. Onboarding - Providing two orientation training sessions, mapping pricing and coverage within PPW Documentation Compliance - Monitoring vendor document compliance and gathering soon to expire documents for TPRM. Audit - Completing vendor pricing filter, and coverage audits within PPW. Responsible for sourcing and boarding new vendor partners. Divided by line of business (LOB) - Preservation (2), inspection (2), Reno/GC (2) Build vendor profile with contact information, coverage, crew information, and other notes as needed during onboarding All members assigned to regional pod within structure Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree. Vendor Mangement experience. Mortgage industry experience will be added advantage. Must have excellent written communication skills. Must have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent. Must have good analytical and cognitive skills. Must have an eye for attention to detail.
