Job Description


Main duties and responsibilities

  • Works with vendors and VMO Team to fulfil financial reporting requirements from vendors in line with business need.
  • Provides quality control of third-party financial data, including vendor invoices to ensure required cadence of delivery, accuracy of data and to identify issues. Works with internal stakeholders as part of process administration.
  • Collaborates closely with the data warehouse team to ensure correct and timely financial data inputs and development/delivery of critical financial metrics, such as Cost Per Transaction.
  • Works with applicable vendors and GBS QA Team to ensure SLA penalty rebates are processed correctly.
  • Supports with analysis of financial data to help identify trends, issues and opportunities.
  • Administrates components of the Resource Change Request process, including first line checking of Resource Change Request documentation. Looks for opportunities to find workflow efficiencies.
  • Pro-actively identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve data processes and reporting.
  • Supports with RFQ/RFP administration and analysis.
  • Join and contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve quality and delivery of data.
  • Other related activities as required.

  • Implementation of improved reporting mechanisms, delivery cadence and formats.
  • Demonstrated improvements to data accuracy and speed of availability.
  • Work in cross-functional teams and communicates with internal and external parties (Finance, Legal etc), while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate effective management of relevant stages of the resource change request workflow. Work with SD Team and vendors to deliver process improvements.
  • Utilize a variety of data sources and tools to quickly diagnose and effectively manage issues.
  • Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and cost targets.
