The Vendor enablement Analyst is responsible for the following deliverables:

  • Ensure vendor request questionnaires are appropriate completed.
  • Work with Sourcing Managers or directly with business to conduct due diligence efforts for high risk vendors
  • Coordinate on-going annual risk reviews and controls assurance activity
  • Responsible for satisfactory audit, compliance, and regulatory results within framework
  • Lead the Supplier/Vendor Risk Management Program
  • Provide support in eliminating the data redundancies like Supplier duplicates, Purge activity etc.,
  • Perform analysis and produce reports with vendor metrics program throughput
  • Comprehensive documentation of the identified gaps and related risk from the technical and the business perspective
  • Providing expert support to manage regulatory, risk and audit issues
  • Obtaining all relevant approvals, to support adherence to the VM process Policy and Procedural requirements of the organization
  • Work together with Procurement Buyers and field personnel to ensure suppliers are onboarded on the system
  • Validate Supplier documentation
  • Update supplier information on the system
  • Troubleshooting on possible technical and/or registration issues with suppliers that may have impact on PO creation, Catalogue usage, E-sourcing and/or business continuity
  • Work closely with IT teams, Supplier Onboarding, Support Desk and Finance Operations
  • Identify and raise relevant change requests for supplier onboarding process optimization
  • Update and maintain supplier forms for new suppliers
  • Co-ordinate vendor disqualification process
  • Handle supplier queries for registrations.
  • Communicate with Vendors and internal stakeholders on all aspects of Vendor Data Management including activation, de-activation, changes, and special situations
  • Continuously improve the process by drafting policy, procedures, and work instructions
  • Track TAT for internal, external, and end-to-end Processes

Qualifications
A.Education
  • Any Degree
B.Experience
  • 4-5 YEARS years of experience
C.Skill Sets
  • Vendor Management
  • Requisites of Supply chain
  • Analysis and Judgement
  • Highly organized and great time and task management skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience using data to help leaders solve business problems and make informed decisions
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team \xe2\x80\x93 highly self-motivated
  • Ability to influence people
  • Experience with an enterprise procurement system desirable (e.g., Coupa, Oracle Procurement, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with both senior management and technicians / operators
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and tasks from different parties and effectively set priorities and expectations in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to collaborate and bridge across functional boundaries
