Should connect with the sales person regularly. Should set the target with the sales person. Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching. Should set clear and achievable goals with their sales team. Should be polite with customers while talking. Should try to resolve problems faced by customers as well as team members. Set daily targets.
Overseeing Business Development Should monitor sales performance. Should have knowledge of (CRM). Should know basic accounting information. Should maintain proper sheets and a proper data base of the customers. Should set meetings with the salesperson and customers. Should keep management informed of the situation Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Schedule:
