From your experience you should: Have a bachelor\'s degree in English, communication, linguistics, or bachelor\'s degree in engineering. Have showcased strong verbal and written communication skills via a portfolio Be well-versed using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Should be comfortable and willing to use tools like Figma, Trello, Atlassian What you will be doing Collaborating with the product team to identify key content and copy requirements across all the digital assets including the company\'s website, mobile app, mobile website Collaborating with the product and development team to create user interface text. Creating videos to explain concepts and procedures in an easy-to-understand format. Creating and reviewing product-oriented blog posts. Creating digital communication content to engage with customers Reviewing and revising content based on internal and external customer feedback.
