• As a UX designer, you are primarily concerned with how the product feels (emotion). You explore many different approaches to solving a specific user problem.
• End to end UX design of projects that focus on a user-centered design approach
• Define user interaction models for new and existing products
• Create user focused concepts and interactive solutions for a variety of scenarios that address both primary user goals as well as business goals
• Define what goes into a brand’s unique style and voice
• Use outstanding drawing/illustration skills, help shed light on a subject (Sketch, Figma, UXPin, Photoshop are prerequisites)
• Participate in meeting by sketching wireframes on the fly to support the discussions
• Define and extend a visual language by crafting beautiful icons, typography, color, transparency, space, shapes, states, data visualization and behaviors to help our users successfully use our products.
• Conceptualize and develop original design concepts
• Participate in internal visual design presentations,
• Refinement, maintenance and enforcement of our current design guidelines and strategies
• Work with other UI/UX team members and project contributors to ensure the consistency and quality of the product
• Develop detailed site maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups and other product deliverables to effectively communicate UX designs and product requirements to create world-class interactive experiences
• Communicate UX design solutions to multiple development teams through detailed specifications
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to maintain product continuity and effective user experience to align with priorities and creative direction
• Adeptly handle changing priorities throughout a product life cycle

• Degree in industrial design, web design, Human Factors, HCI, visual arts or related area
• Must have a web-based portfolio to be considered for this position

• 10+ years of professional experience creating design solutions for large-scale projects as an interaction designer or user experience designer
• Demonstrated knowledge of information architecture, interaction flow, user interface and visual design
• Expert skill level in the standard tools of the design trade such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks
• Exceptionally talented and skilled in drawing rough sketches and producing final illustrations
• This position requires a laser-like user focus, a passion for simple, well executed design and a solid understanding of online and mobile user experience.
• Must be familiar with the atomic design methodology.
• Experience designing within an agile environment
• Collaborative; works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is adept at juggling multiple projects. Contributes to Strategies in the UI-UX area.
• A solid understanding of web and mobile design principles and best use of current web and mobile technologies and scalable dynamic user interfaces
• Familiarity with usability heuristics, relevant HCI literature, and best practice user experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and ability to analytically defend your design decisions
• Experience designing within an agile environment
• Knowledge of usability and accessibility best practices
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Solid writing and visual communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Work efficiently with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• An expert, consultant, share best practices, define reusable elements, communicates at a higher level, great attention to details.

• Considers defining visual language for the product to align with 508 compliance, branding compliance and internationalization.
