Summary
As UX Architect, understand business requirements in broader context based on digital strategy and advocates for customer by developing intuitive interactions and easy-to-use interfaces. Responsible to create useful and desirable software product and service experiences. Contribute to multiple user experience engagements as well as work on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized business domains.
Must have

• Work closely with project managers, designers, engineering, and quality assurance
• Bring user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital solutions from concept to launch
• Clearly articulate and defend your design decisions
• Identify and execute on the best methods for user research and testing within client constraints
• Provide strategic solutions for early stage project planning
• Individual contributor on projects and work with others on teams
• Help the team plan and run effective client workshops and client stakeholder meetings
• Facilitate effective design decision-making with clients
• Experienced in reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations
• Design and delivered wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Hands on in UX research, including planning, designing and facilitating user sessions and client workshops, analyzing findings and articulating results, UX design, including information architecture, user and screen flows, conceptual and detailed wireframing and prototyping
• Have knowledge of wider industry UX trends and relevant technology trends
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling and design presentation skills
• Passion for solving complex design problems
• Commitment to be a strong advocate for the customer and their experience
• Desire to learn and grow

Should have

• 8+ years of design experience
• Demonstrated experience in planning for and delivering experience projects
• At least 5 years of experience in, or a strong exposure to, enterprise software vendor services, specifically focused on business intelligence, analytics and mobility offerings.
• Will be adept at fostering deep collaboration between design, product and engineering teams.
• Team player / coach, mentoring other designers, managing their design portfolio, and directly contributing to product design
• Familiarity with UX tools including Sketch, Invision, Axure RP, Balsmiq, Adobe CC, etc,.
• Experienced in presenting and collaborating with executive stakeholders
• Hands on with modern design tools like Sketch, Axure, Principle, Framer and InVision
• Ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
• A clear passion and enthusiasm for learning and pursuing your expertise, constantly challenging the definition of what makes good user experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Qualification: BFA/Design, Preferred: MS/MA/MFA in Human Factors, User Experience/User Interface Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design or a related field, Certified CUA Specialist or equivalent experience across industries.
