We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of SCS:
Principal responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of users’ needs, motivations, behaviors and preferences
  • Work closely with product management, engineering and operations to improve user experiences
  • Analyze and incorporate user feedback into design iterations
  • Develop sound UX concepts, including the definition of user needs, task analysis, and the creation of personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows and use cases
  • Create, distill and present concepts through wireframes, mockups and prototypes to all levels of the business and user
  • Monitor emerging UX, UI and design trends to establish and communicate a point-of-view

Requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, or related field/equivalent commercial experience
  • With 8-12 years of work experience in similar (E.g. UX designer, Product designer, UX architect, or a Service designer), with full command and solid understanding of related disciplines such as user research, UX process, content design, service design process and visual design
  • Experience with design thinking, user-centered design, usability and testing methodologies

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Visual thinking, proof of concept, rapid prototyping, storyboarding and technical skills
  • Proficient with standard design tools such as Sketch, InVision, illustrator and Adobe CS etc
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
