Your responsibilities will include:Lead Generation: - Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and research, to identify and engage with potential clients who may benefit from our data analytics and business intelligence solutions.Qualification : - Conduct thorough research on potential leads to understand their business needs and challenges.- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather valuable information to pass on to the sales team.Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects, effectively communicating USEReady\'s value proposition and identifying potential pain points that our solutions can address.Appointment Setting: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and product demonstrations between prospects and the appropriate sales representatives.Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and enabling seamless communication between the sales and marketing teams.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively engage with prospects and position USEReady as a leader in the field.Continuous Learning: Stay current with our products, services, and industry developments to engage in knowledgeable conversations with potential clients.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and lead handoff processes.Qualifications and Skills :- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role, preferably within the technology, data analytics, or business intelligence sector.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.Persistent and Resilient: Possess a tenacious and goal-oriented attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and keep a positive mindset.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools is a plus.Time Management: Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid work model, blending remote work and in-office collaboration.Team Player: A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Networking Skills: The ability to quickly build rapport and establish meaningful connections with potential clients.
