ZS\'s Business Technology Solutions team is responsible to lead end to end responsibility of project across all phases i.e. discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and operations. This team seeks opportunity to undertake diverse tech roles and foster continuous innovation which benefits the individual\'s professional growth and bring the best in delivering world class technology solutions. In addition, this team configures ZS\'s proprietary software used to streamline business processes for commercial groups at client organizations. This team takes overall ownership of the solution delivery, managing operations services, client stakeholder management, contribute to business development and selling activities, project planning and team management. You will: Lead great design Understand business and technology constraints and how that impacts design Be responsible for and effectively advocate for users in a fast-paced consulting environment Solve complex UX and UI design problems across web, mobile, and tablet Mentor junior UX designers to ensure that our solutions look good and work well teach them how to discuss and defend design decisions Build strong relationships across other disciplines, such as Business Analyst and client / sales teams Develop strong partnerships with peers in technology delivery teams to ensure a polished final product Inspire our fast-growing design team Display leadership, provide direction, and mentor a team of UX and UI Designers Create an invigorating and positive work environment and team culture Take an active role in career planning and talent development for designers Drive change in our organization Build strong relationships with leaders, while educating on best-practice approaches and rationale Reinforce a design-thinking culture Establish and refine operating models identify and action opportunities to improve the work and team culture You Have 12-15 years of experience in the field of User Experience, with 3+ years of experience in leading teams Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in a design or related field, such as human-computer interaction, visual design, interaction design, industrial design or comparable design discipline Experience in the field of UX design, with a focus on designing and delivering business or enterprise applications that are complex, high-volume and high profile Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with technical teams to produce feasible solutions in support of product and business objectives Robust and diverse portfolio featuring design work for enterprise that showcases UX design for desktop and/or mobile applications and how your work lead to positive business outcomes Proven ability to guide production and delivery of deliverables through cycles of rapid iteration to prototype experiences across mediums and realize a final solution Functional understanding of modern code, like HTML 5, JavaScript and CSS, and how digital business properties can leverage it, when possible, to provide a rich, consumer-grade user experience Superior oral and written communication skills, especially the ability to clearly articulate design decisions with stakeholders and development teams Excellent collaboration skills, with experience leading design decisions and obtaining consensus on project requirements and deliverables Mastery of packaging complex information in compelling, meaningful ways that are easy to understand and structured in an effective, logical and top-down manner Expertise in confidently and clearly presenting recommendations while gauging audience understanding ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
