Description: Year of Experience : 5-8 year Corporate communications/ internal communication, user experience User engagement, user feedback mechanism IT project communication, Workshop conceptualization and Facilitation User oriented thinking/ design thinking IT Skills: Windows/Mac Navigation Communication & Collaboration Tools (User level) Survey/Feedback Tools Adobe Xd, Figma, DTP Tools (Optional) Project Management / co-ordination: Working in cross-functional & international teams/projects Mandatory Skills: Good team player Positive attitude Solution oriented User centric mindset Experience in the field of \'User Engagement\' and/ or \'User Experience\' Experience in building communities and social networks Skills to design training programs Knowledge of agile work processes (Kanban, Scrum) can be an advantage Experience in working in a scaled agile environment (SaFe) can be an advantage Very good English in spoken and written form, additional language can be an advantage Experience around User surveys Fluent English in spoken and written form, additional language can be an advantage Ability to do work independently Experience in working in intercultural setting Assertiveness and flexibility
