Working As a Recruitment Manager at Bluebix, You Will:
- Manage, Mentor and Drive the Recruitment Team
- Work with the team and increase their performance, by improving their skills and motivation.
- Technical screening and submission of candidates.
- Handle all paperwork MSA, contracts, etc.
- Client and Account management.
- Achieve performance and revenue targets.
- Meet submission, closure and other operations targets.
- Team retention, motivation, and training.
- Raising the bar of the recruitment team.
- Innovation and continuous improvement in our recruitment process.
- Have at least 5+ years of experience managing a team of US recruiters.
- Aptitude, attitude, integrity, and the right communication skills are very important for this role of Recruitment Manager US Recruitment.
- Have an eye for process and innovation.
- Have a good understanding of IT and related areas. A huge plus if you are a technology geek.
- Are comfortable working with targets and competent enough to achieve them.
- Are a great communicator: in-person, on the phone, and in writing.
