Looking for US IT/BenchSales recruiters to work from office. 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH.
1-3 years experience in US IT recruitment/Staffing can apply.
Should have working experience in ATS, Job Portals, Social Networking etc
Best salary in the market and excellent incentive structure.
Utilize various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, professional networks etc), LinkedIn, internal database and referrals
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Ready to work in Night Shift.
