Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and results-driven US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging IT professionals who are on the bench, ensuring their successful placement with our clients. The Bench Sales Recruiter plays a pivotal role in managing the recruitment and placement process for our bench consultants and is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and databases, to identify IT professionals on the bench seeking new opportunities. Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with potential candidates, build relationships, and assess their skills, experience, and career goals to determine their suitability for current or future openings. Bench Management: Monitor the status and availability of bench consultants, keeping track of their visa status, skills, certifications, and preferences. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT staffing needs, including identifying immediate and future requirements. Job Matching: Identify and recommend suitable candidates to clients, aligning their skills and experience with open job positions. Negotiation: Negotiate compensation, benefits, and other terms with candidates, and present job offers to secure candidate acceptance. Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and ethical hiring practices, including visa regulations and employment laws. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interactions, and progress in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions regarding pricing and candidate sourcing strategies. Performance Metrics: Track and report key performance metrics, such as placement success, revenue generated, and client satisfaction. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in US Bench Sales recruitment within the IT staffing industry.
Strong knowledge of US immigration and visa regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
