Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp 1099. Must have good understanding of US staffing business, recruitment sales process. Must be capable to identify new clients (tier-1 vendors\xe2\x80\x99 direct clients) & also need to have good network of tier-1 vendors/ Tier-2 vendors & Direct clients for providing staffing solutions. Must also possess got professional connections and contacts with US IT Recruiters. Well versed in knowledge of application Process in Job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source C2C requirements. Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills. Must be a good team player and result driven. Must have good attitude. Important requirements MUST own the position for which hired, meaning must take ownership towards their work responsibilities. Work and build relations with different types of Clients /Tier 1 vendors / Tier -2 Vendors Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
