For Business Development Executive and US IT Recruiter. Roles and Responsibilities
- You would be dealing with US client and vendors.
- Co-ordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities.
- Placing candidates in their desired field.
- Dealing with candidates and their placement in companies.
- Sourcing candidates through various portals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Organisational skills.
- Self \xe2\x80\x93 motivated.
- Encouraging environment.
- Meals + incentives(monthly incentives + recurring incentives)
- Cab service (pick & drop for females).
- 5 days working (mon-fri), Work from office. Timings: 7pm-4am IST.
- Saturday- Sunday fixed off.
- Increment every 6 months.
