Roles and Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the recruiter is to make placements/closures against a given client requirement for IT professionals in the US job market. He / She is responsible for identifying and screening/evaluating qualified candidates for an open position with a client. The recruiter is expected to understand the IT People requirements of the client companies sent by the account managers and find the consultants who satisfy those requirements and ensure the placements for the assigned requirements
Desired Candidate Profile * Excellent English communication, both written and spoken skills. * Telephonic and e-communication skills. * Excellent convincing and negotiation skills. * Computer skills with proficiency in using MS word and excel. * Knowledge of different technologies and the terminology of the software development environment. * Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure.
