: We are looking to add talents to our team for the role of US IT Recruiter.You must have great communication skills.We offer growth, benefits, and training for the right candidate.Experience: 1-4 yearsJob Location: Phase - 8, MohaliNight Shift- 8:00PM to 5:00AM (On-Site)Salary: Best in the IndustryNote: Both side Cab Facility available for female CandidatesRequired: Impeccable Communication Skills (written and verbal both)Local candidate preferredMale Female anybody can applyExcellent listening and presentations skillsShould have zeal to learnProactive, Sharp mind, Team playerShould understand US marketGood client knowledge and database should be a plusGood understanding of growing industriesJob duties: Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc.Assess the applicant's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competenciesScheduling, coordination, and ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.Build strong candidate relationships & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gaining commitment from candidates for current and future job requirementsSubmitting candidates' resumes for further scrutiny or consideration to the hiring managers.Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice.Job Types: Full-time, FresherSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
