Role: US IT Recruiter : Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned and exceptionally driven Senior US IT Recruiter to become a part of our team. The Senior US IT Recruiter will have a pivotal role focused solely on Beeline positions, where they will be responsible for identifying, locating, and enticing top-tier IT professionals to bolster our company\'s expansion and technology endeavors. Key Responsibilities: Should possess a strong background in handling Beeline roles. Must conduct comprehensive candidate screening and consistently input their information into the Beeline portal while actively monitoring their status on a daily basis. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand IT staffing needs and objectives. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified IT professionals using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Make data-driven decisions to select the best-fit candidates for open positions and present them to hiring managers. Negotiate job offers, including compensation, benefits, and start dates, and assist with the onboarding process for successful candidates. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment, and share insights with the team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record of success as an IT recruiter, with several years of experience. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruiting software. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
