Job description \xe2\x80\xa2 Managed full-cycle recruiting, which includes research, locating, screening, interviewing, recruiting, negotiating and closing candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Scheduled phone and in-person interviews for candidates and guided candidates for Interview preparation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience on different work authorization [Citizen, Green Card, H1b, EAD, TN], Tax term [CTC, W2, 1099], Mode of Employment [Contract, Fulltime, CTH, Remote] \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare the paperwork for the offered cancdidate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Involved in the paper works and other documents with the Companies as well as with the consultants. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in using Job Portals like Dice, TechFetch, Career Builder & Monster.com (Both Power & Classic Monster). \xe2\x80\xa2 Performed Reference checks and prescreening / interviewing candidates for hiring managers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Worked with implementation partners and third-party contractors/staffing firms as point-of- contact for temporary hires. \xe2\x80\xa2 Screened candidates for availability, interest level, salary expectations, relocation needs, some technical skills and core competencies.
