Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Remote (Base Location \xe2\x80\x93 Hyderabad) Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:30 PM \xe2\x80\x93 3:30 AM) Duration: Full Time/ Permanent Responsibilities:

• Source highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses, covering the US market.
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients.
• Thoroughly assessing candidates basis skills and experience, area of interest, geographic location in US and visa types.
• Ensure meeting daily/monthly target of submitting quality candidates for open job requirements released by clients
• Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly.
• Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
• Build and develop your client portfolio, providing expert consultation to ensure repeat business.
• Generate new leads and clients using your network of contacts.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
• Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
• Must be comfortable working in EST shift.
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders and Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3 etc.
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp). Strong understanding of technical requirements.
• The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to network in order to build an exemplary IT department for the company.
• Proficient in English.
