US IT RecruiterLocation: Ameerpet, Hyderabad (Onsite)Experience: 2+ yearsShift Timings: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)Salary: Best in industryRoles & Responsibilities

• Experience in handling the full lifecycle of the recruitment process (sourcing; screening and submitting qualified resumes).
• Searching resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, Career Builder, Etc).
• Matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description.
• Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
• Minimum 2 year of core hands-on experience in technical hiring.
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Cardholders.
• Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like, GC, H1B,H4, OPT, CPT,TN and EADs.
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/C2C).
• Working experience with direct customers / Vendors / Implementation Partners.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
• Experience in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, google search strings.
• Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
• Hands-on experience in CONTRACT, PERMANENT, CONTRACT-TO-HIRE positions.
• Submitting quality profiles to Account Managers with quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
• Work experience minimum 1 year.
• Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
