Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Job Posting and Advertising:
- Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions.
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Assessment:
- Evaluate candidate resumes and applications to determine suitability for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and motivation.
- Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
- Client and Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and provide timely feedback.
- Negotiation and Offer Management:
- Facilitate salary negotiations between clients and candidates.
- Present and negotiate job offers with potential candidates.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
