2 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in US IT Staffing. Sound knowledge on IT Industry and latest trends. Experience in handling the full life cycle of the recruitment process (sourcing; screening and submitting qualified resumes). Good negotiation skills. Identify candidate through major job-boards, networking sites and references. Experience in working on contract; contract-to-hire and permanent openings. Well versed in recruiting under all tax terms (W2, C2C). Good understand in using MONSTER /DICE / CB /LINKEDIN Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required. o Excel o Microsoft Outlook o Microsoft Word Must have a successful track record in recruiting candidates.
