Job Title - US IT Recruiter Qualification - Any Degree Location - Chennai / Salem Experience - 2 - 5 Years of experience in US IT Working Time - 6.30 P.M - 4.30 A.M Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting for the US market.
• Excellent understanding of US recruitment policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent knowledge of social media recruiting, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with technical recruiting for IT, engineering, or software development roles is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment is strongly preferred.
