Shift timing: 7 PM - 4 AM IST Benefits: (Apart from the salary) \xc2\xb7 Attractive incentives \xc2\xb7 Work from Office \xc2\xb7 Pick up and Drop cab will be provided \xc2\xb7 Night dinner will be provided Roles and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. \xc2\xb7 Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal. \xc2\xb7 Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. \xc2\xb7 Must be having capability to work with a team or individually. \xc2\xb7 Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team. \xc2\xb7 Publish progress report to management every week. \xc2\xb7 Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
