• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
  
• In-depth knowledge & working experience of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
  
• Must be proficient in using recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools like Dice.com, Monster.com, Techfetch Career Builder, LinkedIn etc.
  
• Need to be technically solid.
  
• Experience in recruiting/sourcing consultants with USA visa's like OPT, CPT, H1B, E3, TN, EAD, Green Card and US Citizen's.
  
• Experience with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp 2 Corp).
  
• Need good experience in types of employment's like C2C, W2, Contract to Hire and Full time.
  
• Should have excellent and strong searching skills writing smart strings while searching for profiles.
  
• Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
  
• Strong understanding experience of technical requirements.
  
• Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
  
• Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
  
• Need working experience using different ATS (Application Tracking System) applications like Ceipal, Jobdiva, Orwin, Bullhorn etc.
  
• Need a strong Vendor Contacts database.
  
• Having good knowledge/experience in Bench Sales, W2 Transfers, Client acquisition, will be an added advantage.
  
• Great asset having US immigration documentation experience.
  
• Must be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.
  
• Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
  
• The ability to think analytically to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
  
• Should have excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
