Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work as recruiter for clients in the US.
Source candidates using job portals including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
Upload resumes to the ATS, conduct phone screening, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Technology skills:
MS Word, Computer Skills, Computer Savvy, MS Excel Requirements:
Good English Speaking and Writing Skills
Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
Willingness to learn new technologies, new processes
Hardworking, Motivated
Strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
Ok to work in the night shift (7:00 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST) - No exceptions
Work from our office location in Chandigarh, 5 days a week.
