We are looking for a skilled US IT HR who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you\xe2\x80\x99ll contribute to making the company a better place to work. \xe2\x96\xaa We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills. \xe2\x96\xaa The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers. \xe2\x96\xaa Responsibilities \xe2\x96\xaa Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems \xe2\x96\xaa Provide counselling on policies and procedures \xe2\x96\xaa Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process \xe2\x96\xaa Create and implement effective onboarding plans \xe2\x96\xaa Develop training and development programs \xe2\x96\xaa Assist in performance management processes \xe2\x96\xaa Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues \xe2\x96\xaa Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements \xe2\x96\xaa Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance \xe2\x96\xaa Requirements and skills \xe2\x96\xaa Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position \xe2\x96\xaa Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) \xe2\x96\xaa Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures \xe2\x96\xaa Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus \xe2\x96\xaa Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities \xe2\x96\xaa Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x96\xaa Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude \xe2\x96\xaa Strong ethics and reliability Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9400,000.00 - 9500,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Night shift

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
