We are hiring the position of Non It Recruiter//HR Recruiter for one of our client. Mandatory : Excellent Communication skills. Position:Non It Recruiter//HR Recruiter. Experience : 1 to 3 years Salary:15k to 30k max as per experience and knowledge. Job Site: Mumbai Powai Andheri East. L&T Powai Andheri East. Working days: 6 days Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm. Roles & Responsibility:-
- End-to-end execution of the Talent Acquisition process for different clusters like Insurance, Loan and Credit card etc.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of various recruitment sources like portals, employee referrals, and Vendors to source the right talent.
- Initial screening & validation of candidates, short listing candidates & coordinating with the candidate for further rounds of Interviews.
- Taking feedback from the stakeholders on time for a smooth process.
- Conducting salary discussions / negotiations with the selected candidate & rolling out offers .
- Close follow up with candidate & all departments to ensure smooth on boarding.
- Maintenance of the candidate/indent database.
