Job Description

• Daily calls to potential leads and follow ups with the ones not contacted the previous day.
• Visits to potential clients if required for demo (not compulsory for female candidates)
• Follow ups with existing vendors/stores/clients for new business
• Understanding the potential client's requirements and accordingly pitching for sales
• Anticipating changes and improvements
• Maintaining strong relationship with existing vendors/stores
• Negotiating contracts with the client for mutually beneficial association
• Maximizing profit by up-selling or cross-selling
• Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and monthly initiatives to share with team members
• Meeting all deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
• Providing effective after sales service (if reqd visit them for understanding challenges and concerns)

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client contracts
